We are a family run business who have been running our online poster website for a number of years and have now expanded into eBay. We are based in Cheshire, close to the small town of Alsager and offer a friendly service to all of our customers. We started selling posters in 2005 and we’ve added badges, calendars, retro bags, art and canvas prints.

All of the items we list are held in stock so that we can quickly process and ship your order and as we only source our products directly from the major manufacturers you can be sure that every item is of high quality.

We ship our products worldwide using the Royal Mail. Our postal charges are there to cover the cost of the postage and packing materials. We try not to make money on our delivery charges and for up to date prices it’s best to check the eBay listing.

Prior to sending your order we check each product for any obvious damage and will email you when it has been shipped. We send our UK deliveries by Royal Mail and you can usually expect to receive these 1-3 working days after despatch. Overseas orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive depending on your location.

Don’t forget that, try as they might, your friendly postal person won’t be able to wedge your new poster through your letterbox so they might leave you a rather attractive red card if you are not around to take delivery. The rather attractive red card will tell you how to arrange for a re-delivery.

For our eBay shop we’ve decided to stick with Paypal as our method of taking payments as it’s quick and easy to use and you are protected by Paypal’s guarantee. You can also use your credit or debit card through Paypal if you don’t currently have an account with them.

We’ve kept our returns policy as simple as possible. So, ladies and gentlemen, here it is… our fantastically amazing returns policy (nope, I just can’t make it sound interesting).

You can return any item to us up to 14 days after you have received it for any reason and receive a replacement item or full refund. We only ask that you return the item to us in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us prior to returning an item.

Ah well that’s a very good question and one that we would ask when buying online as well. We’ve been trading online for several years now and have our own website as well as selling on eBay. The name of our site is Poster Warehouse… I know, I couldn’t believe the coincidence either! As well as having our own website we are a proper limited company registered in England. Our company name is Onretail limited and we are trading as Poster Warehouse. Our company number is 5397249. We also have very trustworthy faces and you could easily take us home to meet your mother (although thats not a service we provide).

DO YOU REALLY HOLD EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
Yes we certainly do. There might be some others that order your item from the suppliers after you have paid for it but we think that would delay your order way too much. Although it all takes up more room, everything we are selling is patiently waiting on it’s racking waiting for the day it gets popped in a packet and sent to its new owner.

WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS DAMAGED IN THE POST?
If your item gets damaged please conact us so we can sort the problem out for you. It’s not something that happens very often but if it does then we are here to help.

CAN YOU GET OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED HERE?
Our sit-on-the-fence answer is… possibly. With the manufacturers we use we have access to over 6000 different pop culture products so the chances are that we can find what you are looking for (Unless it’s love. You are on your own there). If you would like something that we don’t currently stock then please get in touch and let us know. However, if you want us to stock a cheese based drink, it’s unlikely we’ll say yes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
The only thing we will do with your details is use them to process your order. We will never pass them on to a third party. We’d like to send you information on offers and new products once in a while but will only email you if you have signed up for our newletter on our website.
